COVID-19 Deliveries

For the protection of our customers and for our installation team we will be undertaking "contactless deliveries". In practice, this means that we insist upon a 2 metre (6 ft) separation between them and any member of your household to minimise the potential of cross-contamination of the virus.

It would be preferable if you and household members occupy another room during their visit. They will wear gloves during the installation, we advise that you wipe down the exterior of kitchen appliances with a disinfectant. Refrigerator, freezer and cooker doors will remain unopened but we recommend that the interiors are cleaned before use.

If required, and maintaining the 2 metre rule, the installers will give a brief introduction to the product before they leave but are under instructions not to extend the visit or to even enter your premises if they suspect anyone shows signs of the virus (coughing or suffering from flu-like symptoms).

This is to protect them and other customers whose houses they will go on to visit. If you suspect you may have symptoms of the virus between ordering and the intended date of delivery please contact us.

No paperwork needs to be signed. We hope you understand that these requirements will help protect you, our staff and your neighbourhood. We will continue to review these arrangements according to official UK Government advice.
